Serves in the middle of content as part of ad breaks (or ad pods), which run back-to-back during a commercial ad break. Ad breaks of two minutes are typically filled with 4x - 15, 30, and even 60-second ads.

- 1280x720 / 60p or 59.94p (acceptable)
- Format: MP4
- Video Codec: AVC
- Bitrate: 8 Mbps minimum; 50 Mbps maximum
- Do not include slates, leaders or countdowns; Exact timing only (e.g. 30.000 seconds)
- Field Order: None, progressive scan only
- Audio Bitrate: 2-channel stereo 128 kbps minimum; 384 kbps maximum
- Audio Codec: AAC
- Closed Caption: Recommended using EIA-608 / EIA-708
